THE WINERYAdami
The Adami winery is located in the hamlet of Colbertaldo, not far from Valdobbiadene. One hundred years after it was founded, this vineyard, naturally shaped like an amphitheatre, presents a fascinating view of a unique production. The founder's brilliant intuition was to separate this vineyard from all the others, to make the most of the characteristics of the soil and its position. This was how Riva Giardino Asciutto came to be, known to most as the first real Cru wine of the Valdobbiadene area. This glorious tradition continues to this day, respecting the land and its unique characteristics, to bring quality Adami Prosecco to the market.
Over time the company has expanded, combining family traditions with specialisation and modern techniques, while always maintaining respect for the terroir. This fusion gave rise to a modern wine-making and sparkling wine plant, thanks to which the brand was able to conquer new markets and reassert its prestige. Today, the Adami winery produces around 750,000 bottles with grapes from around 50 hectares of vineyards, 12 of which are directly managed. The other hectares are shared by small wine-growers with historical links to the company, with a shared focus on quality grapes.
