Serena Wines is as young as it is old. A project born in the 140th year of the company’s existence. In fact, in old Venetian archives, references have been found to the involvement of the Serena family in glass production in ancient Venice in 1390. Over time and with enthusiasm and optimism, the company has succeeded in using the gifts of the land and nature to produce wines that express the importance of conviviality. Prosecco Extra Dry El Siòr is a versatile and drinkable prosecco made from 85% Glera grapes and 15% from a blend of Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay. Extra Dry El Siòr denotes the dosage of sugar in the wine, which in this case is around 12/17 g/l, making this product a lively, drinkable wine. A bright straw yellow colour in the glass, this Prosecco has intense aromas of Golden Delicious apples and white flowers. On the palate it is soft and juicy, fresh and with good intensity. Perfect as an aperitif or with light vegetable starters.
