Production

Prosecco Brut Vignèr is made from 100% Glera grapes. The must is fermented in steel tanks and then carbonated in an autoclave using the Charmat method. Nutritional values: 100 ml: E=280 kJ/67 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

Straw-yellow in colour. On the nose, a bouquet of citrus, ripe fruit and white flowers. Very dry on the palate with mineral notes that support the floral bouquet. Good freshness and soft bubbles.

Occasion and Pairing

A Veneto sparkling wine for everyday enjoyment, capable of pleasing a variety of palates. Perfect with appetisers and cheese platters or seafood pasta dishes.

The hilly areas of Veneto are known for the quality of their wines, in particular the Prosecco. Here, in 1881, Pietro Serena founded the Serena Wines winery, the first distillery producing wines sold and preserved inside wooden barrels.
