Production

Maremma Toscana Lodai di Tenuta Fertuna is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Tuscan Maremma, on rich, well-drained soils that promote concentration and maturity. The harvest is manual and the winemaking takes place in steel with macerations on the skins. The refinement takes place partly in oak barriques, followed by a period in the bottle, to give structure, complexity and balance. 100 ml: E=318 kJ/77 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

Deep ruby red color. On the nose it expresses notes of ripe red fruits, blackberry and plum, accompanied by hints of spices, tobacco and light balsamic nuances. On the palate it is structured and enveloping, with soft tannins, good freshness and a long and persistent finish.

Occasion and Pairing

Elegant and characterful wine, ideal to accompany red meats, roasts, grills and aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature
