Production

Made from 100% Chardonnay from Tenimenti Leone’s vineyards in the Castelli Romani area. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature to preserve freshness and varietal fragrance.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Bright straw yellow. Fresh and delicate on the nose, with notes of apple, white peach and citrus. The palate is soft and pleasantly fresh, with a clean, mineral finish.

Occasion and Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with starters, delicate first courses, fish, shellfish and white meats.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its structure, elegance and complexity, this wine must be served at a service temperature of 8/10°C.
