TASTING NOTES

Sergio Arcuri is a historic winery of Calabria, which for more than four generations has been carrying on the family traditions in the production of an authentic and artisanal wine, that respects the land and that follows the processing techniques handed down by the fathers. Libera I Sensi consists of 100% Greek grapes, which are destemmed and pressed, with a maceration on the skins of 20% for 4 days, spontaneous fermentation in cement vats. Aging in stainless steel tanks for 4 months and 3 months in bottle. The Libera I Sensi by Sergio Arcuri is a full and fresh white wine. Enveloping and rich in the mouth it brings with it to balance a good dose of flavor and freshness. A wine to drink in a terrace on the top floor, to start a nice aperitif full of fresh dishes, which will last until late at night. The Free The Senses will accompany you until the early hours, so you can see the stars. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 10/12 ºC.
