Intense straw-yellow in colour with golden highlights, the nose reveals a complex and refined bouquet with notes of ripe yellow fruit, honey, candied citrus and subtle mineral and hydrocarbon nuances. It impresses with its depth and aromatic structure. Pico Maccario’s Colli Tortonesi Timorasso VITA is full-bodied and enveloping on the palate, with a distinct savouriness and good acidity that supports the mouthfeel. The finish is long and persistent, with elegant mineral and slightly spicy notes.
Ideal for special occasions, it pairs perfectly with substantial dishes featuring fish, shellfish, white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Also excellent with gourmet cuisine.
