Bianco Paradisetto is made from Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Friulano, Sauvignon Blanc and Glera grapes, which are gently pressed, followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks and ageing in the same containers.
Nuovo Paradisetto Bianco is a fresh, straightforward and unpretentious white wine. A grape juice that moves nimbly on the palate between floral and fruity notes, between saltiness and acidity, between smoothness and ease of drinking. An easy-drinking Friulian wine, yet full of character and personality, a true reflection of its terroir.
Excellent for drinking in summer or winter, with family or friends, during a meal or as an aperitif, the Nuovo Paradisetto Bianco is versatility in a bottle. A wine for all occasions, yet never mundane.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 12–14°C.
