Production

The grapes are harvested when fully ripe, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature and subsequent aging in glass for at least three months.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Rosso Nero del Lago appears in the glass with an intense ruby red color, offering layered aromas that unfold gradually: ripe fruit such as cherry and plum, dried fruit like dates and sultanas. The taste is structured, savory, tannic, yet also displays good freshness with a long aftertaste featuring warm notes of leather.

Occasion and Pairing

This wine is perfect when paired with cured meats, meat dishes, and cheeses with short aging.
