TASTING NOTES

Production

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks, followed by 6 months of aging in the same material. No filtration or clarification. Bottle aging for 2 months.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Soracuna from Villa Calicantus presents itself in the glass with a ruby red color and violet reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of forest fruits, floral fragrances, and hints of underbrush. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasant, with an easy-drinking character.

Occasion and Pairing

Soracuna is excellent paired with grilled red meats, cured meats, or pasta dishes with meat-based sauces.
