Production

This Chiaretto is made from Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella, and Sangiovese grapes, which are hand-harvested into small crates and undergo spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, carried out by indigenous yeasts in oak barrels. After pressing, the wine is aged for about 6 months in oak casks. Bottling is done without any filtration.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Chiar'Otto appears in the glass with a deep, intense rosé color. On the nose, it reveals fruity scents of crisp forest berries and soft floral notes, followed by briny sensations reminiscent of a true sea breeze, combined with earthy hints of the underbrush.

Occasion and Pairing

This Chiaretto is excellent paired with the classic Veronese risotto al tastasal.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 10-12°C.
