TASTING NOTES

Production

L’Aristide is an Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG produced in the best vintages and from a careful selection of the most exposed grapes, with a prevalence of 70% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, and 5% Rondinella. In the drying facility, thanks to natural air currents, it begins its maturation, followed by a long maceration and fermentation in truncated cone tanks. After aging in new French barriques for 36 months, it rests for at least one year in the bottle.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Its spiced, ethereal character, along with a delicate persistence of black pepper and ripe fruit, makes it a great wine to savor slowly and without haste.

Occasion and Pairing

Ideal for pairing with roasted meats or pork.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 16-18°C.

Allergens: Solfiti

THE WINERY

La Giuva

His passion for wine and his land of origin (the hills of eastern Valpolicella) and his love for his daughters convinced Alberto Malesani to invest in vineyards and the construction of a small winery a few kilometres from home. La Giuva is a gem set in a breathtaking hilly landscape, and the wines represent the eastern Valpolicella like few others. Intense fruit and enveloping softness, pleasantness and character. Alberto and his daughters follow the company with captivating enthusiasm and participation. Name and address of producer/distributor: LA GIUVA SS agricola di Malesani Valentina e Giulia, via Trezzolano 20, 37141 (VR). Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
