TASTING NOTES

Production

L’Aristide is an Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG produced in the finest vintages from a careful selection of the best-exposed grapes, comprising 70% Corvina, 25% Corvinone and 5% Rondinella. In the fruit cellar, thanks to natural draughts, the wine begins its maturation and subsequently takes shape through a long maceration and fermentation in truncated-cone tanks. After ageing in new French barriques for 36 months, it rests for at least a year in the bottle. 100 ml: E=417 kJ/101 kcal

THE WINERY

La Giuva

Since its foundation, the La Jara winery has enjoyed a very strategic geographical position, which has benefited its processing and production. Nestled between the slopes of the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in one of the most fortunate wine-growing areas in the Veneto region, the winery has been able to exploit the unique quality of the soil to create wines from Veneto of the highest quality. The temperature, sunshine and degree of humidity have proved optimal for the cultivation of its vineyards, which extend to the edge of the Piave River. The winery has always used traditional techniques with full respect for the land and region. Over time, it managed to integrate local history with the most modern studies for an organic and sustainable viticulture that was able to give the end result all the character of the Veneto, to enhance it and have it detected in every glass. Name and address of producer/distributor: La Jara - Via S. Michele, 3 - 31010 Mareno di Piave TV. Products from this winery should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
