La Giuva è una giovane realtà il cui nome è l’acronimo dei nomi delle sorelle Giulia e Valentina che con coraggio hanno deciso di intraprendere la strada della viticoltura. Pur non vantando di un’antica tradizione, l’azienda annovera tra la sua produzione vini di alta qualità che meritano di farsi scoprire. L’Aristide non è un vino prodotto ma creato dal talento dell’uomo e dalla maestosità della Natura. È un’opera d’Arte, parola che infatti si legge dentro al suo nome. L’Aristide è un Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG che nasce nelle migliori annate e da una accurata selezione delle uve più esposte con prevalenza della Corvina per il 70%, 25% Corvinone e 5% Rondinella. Nel fruttaio, grazie alle correnti naturali, inizia la sua maturazione e successivamente con una lunga macerazione e fermentazione in serbatoi troncoconici, prende forma. Dopo l’affinamento in barrique nuove francesi per 36 mesi, riposa almeno un anno in bottiglia. L’essere speziato, etereo con una delicata persistenza di pepe nero e di frutta matura, ne fanno un grande vino da degustare con calma, senza fretta.
