After fermentation in steel, it is aged in concrete and then again in steel for 12 months. 100 ml: E=283 kJ/70 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

It has a beautiful cherry-red colour with ruby highlights; the nose is intense, fruity and spicy, whilst on the palate it is fairly full-bodied, fresh and slightly tannic.

Occasion and Pairing

A wine suitable for any occasion, perhaps as an aperitif accompanied by a good platter of cold cuts.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 14–16°C.
