Alta Langa Dosaggio Zero is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown at over 700 metres above sea level in Bossolasco. 100 ml: E=281 kJ/67 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

Elegance and minerality stand out in the glass from the very first moment. With an intense straw-yellow colour and brilliant, captivating golden highlights, the perlage of this Piedmontese sparkling wine is extremely fine and of excellent intensity; on the nose, hints of chalk, slightly toasted yeast, dried fruit and star anise. Very mineral on the palate, dry and crisp, with a citrus and white almond finish.

Occasion and Pairing

Ideal for aperitifs and throughout the meal; try it with Piedmontese hard cheeses.

Serving Temperature
