Since its foundation, the Pelissero family has set as its goal the cultivation of grapes indigenous to Piedmont, in order to create and bottle authentic Piedmontese wines that best express the territory and its unique characteristics. A delicate and complex work, the result of much study and a boundless passion for viticulture, which has succeeded in making the family's wine cellar of the same name one of the most appreciated and interesting wineries in the region in a short time. Local traditions and history can still be felt at every stage of production. Everything starts from the cultivation of the 38 hectares owned by the winery, through pruning and bottling to storage and distribution. A slow and steady process, the result of the family's commitment to preserving the secrets of local viticulture and, at the same time, combining them with the most modern techniques for state-of-the-art processing. Among the best known productions are certainly those of Barbera, Nebbiolo and Dolcetto, which are popular and much loved.
