It was from this date that Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Adèle Jouët founded Maison Perrier-Jouët, which today has 65 hectares of vineyards, almost all of them Grand Cru located in the Côte de Blanc. Perrier-Jouët is based in Epernay, in Maison Belle Epoque, a former family home that has now become a magnificent luxury hotel.
