The production of Garesio wines originates in the areas ranging from Serralunga d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe cultivated with Barolo, to Incisa Scapacchio, Monferrato up to Perletto in Alta Langa. Cultivation takes place with respect for nature, with human interventions reduced to a minimum and studied in detail. The attention to the environment is also evident in the cultivation of Nebbiolo grapes, entirely certified organic, and of all the others, produced with sustainable integrated method. The quality of the wines is also ensured thanks to winemaking processes that take place with traditional methods, but with the help of the best modern technologies, which preserve the purity of the product variety. Furthermore, each harvest is maximized: the vinification is adapted according to the vintage, in order to highlight its distinctive characteristics.
