Tenuta Dalle Ore dates back more than a century. The founder succeeded not only in infusing his passion for viticulture into the winery's production, but also in his heirs: the oldest techniques and love for the land go hand in hand at every stage of production, and are passed down from generation to generation. The company distinguished itself early on by being the first to apply the fundamentals of viticulture in the Lessinia area in Veneto, where it still operates today. Today the company has supplemented those ancient techniques with a more modern approach that is in keeping with the times, always respecting the land and its special characteristics. The management of the farms is based on organic and sustainable viticulture with full respect for the territory and, above all, for the final product, approaching cultivation and vinification in a rigorous way, dedicating themselves to each of the vineyards. Biodynamic cultivation leads to the creation of Veneto wines of the highest quality, capable of representing the territory to which they belong.
