The Rossetti e Scrivani winery is located in Oltrepò Pavese, in the heart of the Pinot Nero territory. Over time, the company has been able to select the best locations in the area to exclusively cultivate this precious variety, and has worked hard to cultivate it to the best of its ability. Study, dedication, passion and commitment have led it to always seek out different, ingenious and innovative techniques to accompany the oldest traditions of local viticulture. Thanks to constant work, the company has managed to make Pinot Noir its strong point, and the main ingredient in its sparkling wine production.
