A synthesis of a traditional constructive method, but with a modern inspiration. The striking style of the exterior building is reminiscent of the traditional window structure of the barns in the region. Today the company continues to experiment a lot in the production, using different varieties of barley from Bavaria, Great Britain and Sicily. Whisky ages in American Bourbon barrels, Sicilian Marsala barrels, ex-peated barrels or Spanish sherry barrels, creating the most varied aromas.
