A reality born from the initiative of the Castellare di Castellina property that, thanks to the suggestions of the oenologist Tachis, decided to invest in the south-eastern part of Sicily. The vineyards are located a few kilometres from the sea, around 44 hectares under vine, and the processing focuses on sustainability. Wines that are modern but at the same time rich in tradition.
