The company of Emidio Pepe, located in Abruzzo, took shape in 1964 and today is led by the fourth generation with Daniela and Sofia, followed by his nephews Chiara and Elisa. The winery is located in a territory between sea and mountains, in a perfect climate between marine sapidity and mountain freshness, giving wines an excellent stability between acidity and sugar. In the vineyard and in the cellar interventions are reduced to a minimum, favoring organic and biodynamic practices. All winemaking processes are carried out in total respect of traditions: hand-picked grapes, pressing with the feet, bottling without filtration. Fermentation takes place in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts, without adding sulfur. The new generations united to the tradition of Emidio are the perfect combination to ensure a higher quality of its wines. Name and address manufacturer/distributor: Emidio Pepe - Via Chiesi 10 - 64010 Torano Nuovo Teramo (TE) - Italia. The products of this cellar should be stored in a cool and dry place away from heat sources.
