Dal Cero

For over three generations the Dal Cero family, founders of the winery of the same name, have been producing excellent wine by carefully following all the production processes, from the growth of the vine to the bottling. The winery is located in the municipality of Roncà, on the slopes of the Lessini mountains, and a few kilometres from the village of Soave. In this fairy-tale setting, the fifteen hectares of vineyards extend where, with care and attention, the winery cultivates Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave vines, as well as Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. A constant and accurate processing, which is characterized by the love and care of the land and the production process. Tradition has always characterized the family's work, which has managed to harmoniously combine even the most modern and avant-garde techniques for a production in step with the times.
