Among the hills of Valpolicella, not far from the city of Verona, stands the Azienda Agricola Valentina Cubi and its exquisite vineyards, cultivated with care. This small and important family-run business is made up of thirteen hectares of vineyards, olive groves and orchards. Care for raw materials and respect for the land are essential elements for the production of Venetian wines of extraordinary quality, capable of expressing the most authentic side of this region in every glass. This winery stands out not only for its great attention to tradition, but also for its organic and sustainable viticulture. The vineyards, in fact, are undergoing organic conversion and produce the raw materials for the processing of authentic high-quality Valpolicella and Amarone, as well as the production of Recioto.
