Borgogno Rivata is one of the most representative towns in the Langhe region, a symbol of Piedmontese tradition, authenticity, and a deep connection to the local winemaking heritage. Born from the experience of the Borgogno family, the winery passionately interprets the great grape varieties of Piedmont, enhancing the character of the UNESCO heritage hills through elegant, territorial wines faithful to their origins. Borgogno Rivata's philosophy is based on respect for tradition and the valorization of the peculiarities of each vineyard. Each wine is born from the encounter between careful care of the vineyard and an oenological approach aimed at preserving the identity of the territory, favoring balance, finesse and varietal recognizability. The vineyards extend into the most suitable areas of the Langhe and Roero, where soils rich in calcareous marl, sand and clay, combined with a climate characterized by significant temperature variations, favor the production of high-quality grapes. Among the main grape varieties are Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Moscato and Arneis, interpreted with a style capable of combining tradition and contemporary pleasantness. In the winery, winemaking follows careful and material-friendly methods, with controlled fermentations and refinements designed to enhance the aromatic elegance, structure, and balance of each label. The goal is to obtain harmonious and long-lasting wines, which authentically reflect the character of the Piedmontese hills. Borgogno Rivata wines are distinguished by a refined, balanced and deeply territorial style, characterized by freshness, aromatic complexity and great versatility at the table. Each bottle tells the story of an extraordinary territory and a winemaking tradition that continues to renew itself while respecting its roots. Each Borgogno Rivata wine is a journey into the heart of the Langhe, an authentic expression of Piedmontese winemaking culture, where region, experience, and passion come together to create wines with great personalities.
