Umberto Cesari's winery has been carrying out its mission in the wine world of Emilia-Romagna for more than fifty years. From the outset, the passion, study and commitment of its founder have made the final product stand out for its character and elegance, but above all for the way it succeeds in conveying the most authentic side of Romagna in every glass. Since its foundation, one of the company's main objectives has been to enhance the unique qualities of the Romagna countryside through the cultivation of indigenous grapes. All this culminates in the production of the highest quality wines of Emilia-Romagna, which are the spokesmen of the traditions of Romagna. The company is committed to breeding mainly Sangiovese and Albana, Trebbiano and Pignoletto vines. In recent years, thanks also to the study of the most modern innovations and the desire to experiment, a few hectares of land have been committed to the interpretation of international grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
