The Sirchs have been making wine since the early 1980s although it was not until the end of the following decade that the reality we all know today came about. A winery capable of best interpreting all the fragrant freshness of the wines of the Colli Orientali del Friuli thanks to a highly reliable line. Sheltered behind by the Julian Alps and receiving beneficial ventilation from the Adriatic Sea, the area enjoys an alternation of limestone soils and cemented sands. And so Sirch wines were born, the highest expression of the land and harmonious surrounding nature. SIRCH offer a wide variety of wines, from the renowned Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, to the traditional Yellow Rabolla and Friulano. The SIRCHs are dedicated to the rediscovery of indigenous wines, dedicating themselves to the preservation of the environment through careful organic and sustainable viticulture, carefully caring for the vines and surrounding lands and reducing the use of chemicals during grape cultivation, instead valuing the human factor that is passionately dedicated to the cultivation of these lands.
