The vineyards are located in the heart of Salento, on calcareous-clayey and sandy soils, exposed to a warm and breezy climate that favors complete ripening of the grapes and a strong aromatic concentration. Native grape varieties such as Negroamaro, Primitivo, and Malvasia Nera are at the heart of production, interpreted in a style that aims to enhance their elegance, drinkability, and territorial character. In the winery, the work follows a modern approach that respects the raw material: controlled vinifications, careful fermentations and refinements designed to maintain freshness, balance and expressive cleanliness. The goal is to obtain immediate yet profound wines, capable of reflecting the personality of the territory without superstructures.
