For more than a century the Maison has been designing its Champagne in the secret of its historic cellars dating back to the nineteenth century, located on the border between the capital Epernay and the village Pierry Premier Cru. Nicolas Bouché, the house’s cellarman and great-grandson of the founder, puts a point of honor in the expression of the French art of living, synonymous with refinement and elegance. The Maison mostly processes its own grapes, buying some from trusted vigneron, not labeling Premier Cru or Gran Cru but refining some labels several months before disgorgement.
