Ayunta

Ayunta is a small winery located almost 700 metres above sea level on the northern slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, north of the city of Catania. More precisely, it is near the small village of Randazzo. Since the beginning, the founders' aim is to produce wines that best reflect the terroir and the native vines of Mount Etna. The end result is a Sicilian wine that enhances and takes on the characteristics of the terroir, giving each glass a lively and enveloping personality. The passion for tradition, combined with love and the study of the most innovative techniques, brings you a refined and harmonious product that carries the fire of Etna within it.
