Armand de Brignac is a registered trademark of the Cattier family, owners of vineyards in Chigny-les-Roses, classified as “Premier Cru” since 1763. Jean-Jacques Cattier and his son Alexandre are respectively the tenth and eleventh generation of winegrowers in the family: their desire was to create a Champagne of superior quality that would become a leader in the Champagne region and be among the most prestigious and luxurious names in the world of French sparkling wines. The Cattier family resides in the historic area of Reims, north of Paris, in an area that has always been dedicated to the production of Champagne. Approximately 33 hectares are planted with vines, located in the Cru production area, where mainly Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes are cultivated, surrounded by Pinot Blanc, which are grown in a sustainable manner. Vinification activities in the winery involve blending three different vintages of reserve wines, producing a Champagne with an authentic aromatic profile. Ageing gives structure and complexity to the wine, as the bottles are matured at a depth of 30 metres in an environment where the temperature is constant, ideal for the ageing of Champagne. Every detail is handcrafted, from harvesting to labelling. The bottles are customised with elegant, modern labels, contributing to the sophistication of the product, which is recognised as a symbol of luxury and wealth all over the world. Name and address of producer/distributor: Champagne Armand de Brignac, 51500 Chigny-les-Roses - France. Products from this winery should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
