Eric Taillet

From a friendship born between the desks of the Alba oenological school to an enterprise that has brought back the sparkling wines of indigenous Piedmontese grape varieties. This is the story of Erpacrife, a union of intentions, stories and friends. Erik, Paolo, Cristian and Federico grew up in their respective family wineries, but as soon as they came of age, in 2000, they decided to get involved with their own name, or rather, with the first syllable of their name, and start Erpacrife from a bet.
