TASTING NOTES

The Maison de Champagne Dany Fèvre is a small family business which was founded in 1880 and has converted to the biodynamic world in a conscious and environmentally friendly manner. Danny Fèvre Champagne Cuvée Rosé Bru is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, produced using sustainable methods that respect the terroir. The grapes are vinified in two different processes, red and white, which are then assembled at a later point. To preserve freshness, the wines do not undergo malolactic fermentation but are aged in stainless steel instead. This cuvée is given a Brut dosage between 8 and 10 g/L, depending on the vintage used. Champagne Brut Rosé by Dany Fèvre has a pastel pink colour and opens with a vibrant, soft floral bouquet. Red fruit scents such as strawberry and raspberry then emerge. The palate is pleasant to drink, light and elegant, with a good dose of freshness. Excellent as an aperitif, it also goes very well when enjoyed throughout the meal. Read more Read less
