TASTING NOTES

Maison de Champagne Dany Fèvre is a small family-run winery which was founded in 1880 and has consciously converted to biodynamic winemaking out of respect for the environment. Danny Fèvre Champagne Blanc de Noirs is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, produced using sustainable methods that respect the terroir. Brut Blanc de Noirs has a luminous straw yellow colour, with a fine and elegant, numerous and persistent perlage. There is an intense, fruity bouquet on the nose, expressing notes of ripe yellow fruits such as plums with hints of crusty bread, yeast and pastries. The palate is full, firmly structured but balanced with a fresh finish. With an excellent lengthy flavour, Dany Fèvre’s Champagne Brut de Noirs is characterised by this beautiful freshness that makes it perfect both as an aperitif and an accompaniment to dishes that are not too structured, such as fish or white meats.
