Cantina I Clivi, founded in 1996 and built in Rosazzo, comes from a history of winegrowers by choice and not by tradition. The production includes high-quality wines that embody the authentic expression of the terroir, take advantage of indigenous vines and are obtained using methods that are as natural as possible, limiting interventions in the vineyard and production facility to a minimum. Ribolla Gialla Zal comes from grapes cultivated between Collio and Colli Orientali on the hills around Corno di Rosazzo and Cormons and was born from respect for biodiversity. A simple white wine with great aromatic finesse, with grapes that come from vines over 50 years old. Bright yellow and straw in the glass, on the nose it is delicate and pleasantly fruity, with strong mineral sensations. On the palate it is finely citrusy with intense mineral freshness, full flavour and a hint of almond on the finish. Perfect to drink with first and second courses and delicate fish dishes.
