The company Le Ragose is an important company that has been producing wine for over forty years. It is located on the hills of Verona and precisely in the town of Arbizzano in the municipality of Negrar. By choice Le Ragose enhances the main native vines: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, to be used for the production of Amarone, Recioto and Valpolicella wines and vinifies only grapes from its own vineyards. Valpolicella Classico DOC Le Ragose is a red wine that is produced with Corvina grapes in a higher percentage, with the addition of Rondinella and Corvinone grapes. Typical Veronese red wine with a ruby red color, with a bouquet of toasted almond and tones of fresh flowers and unripe cherry, fresh and dry taste, pleasantly acidic. Young wine that only ages in steel, with a medium alcohol content, it is recommended to drink it young to appreciate its fresh aromas.
