Azienda le Ragose è una realtà importante che produce vino da oltre quarant’anni. Si trova sulle colline veronesi, e precisamente nella località di Arbizzano nel comune di Negrar. L’azienda nasce nel 1969 con Arnaldo e Marta e adesso è seguita dai figli Paolo e Marco. È una realtà che produce pochissime bottiglie, ma che cerca nella propria identità di privilegiare la qualità e non la quantità, nel rispetto delle tradizioni ma allo stesso tempo utilizzando le moderne tecnologie sia in vigna che in cantina. Per scelta aziendale le Ragose valorizza i principali vitigni autoctoni (Corvina, Corvinone e Rondinella) da destinarsi alla produzione dei vini Amarone, Recioto e Valpolicella e vinifica solo uve proveniente dai propri vigneti. Valpolicella Classico DOC le Ragose è un vino rosso che viene prodotto con uve Corvina in percentuale maggiore e poi con Rondinella e Corvinone. Vino tipico rosso veronese che si presenta con un colore rosso rubino, con profumo di mandorla tostata e toni di fiori freschi e ciliegia acerba, dal gusto fresco e secco, piacevolmente acidulo. Vino giovane che fa solo affinamento in acciaio, con una media alcolicità, si consiglia di berlo giovane per poter apprezzarne i suoi profumi freschi.
