The Roeno winery is located in Valdadige, the valley that connects the city of Verona to Trento, where the presence of the Adige and the biodiversity of the nearby Monte Baldo have an important impact on the quality potential of the area giving unique scents and flavors. A potential that the Fugatti family has been able to fully realize in its production, by exploiting autochthonous grapes and high altitude vineyards, as well as a consolidated enological preparation, in fact, thanks to their knowledge they have made a zoning of the territory to identify the land suitable for each type of vine. The origin of the name Valdadige Terradeiforti is linked to the valley of the Adige, characterized by a series of medieval castles, called forts that make this area known throughout the world with the name of Terra dei Forti. Red Point comes from 100% Enantio grapes, harvested by hand, destemmed and pressed. The must obtained follows an alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation in French wooden barrels for about 10 months. The bottled wine is stored in thermo-conditioned rooms. Red Point is presented to the glass with an intense ruby red color, with notes of great complexity ranging from those of small berries to spicy and tobacco. With a remarkable persistence and intensity, it enjoys a perfect balance of acidity and tannic texture. Ideal companion in combination with game and game, or with roasts and mature cheeses. To fully appreciate the style, Red Point should be served at a service temperature of 16/18 ºC.
