Letrari, azienda storica trentina, che ha fondato le proprie radici della famiglia già nel 1647 nel Borghetto d'Avio, in riva all'Adige. Territorio dal particolare terroir e dal microclima della Vallagarina, un ambiente caratterizzato dall'Adige e influenzato dall'Ora del Garda, che crea qui uno speciale microclima di tipo mediterraneo. L'azienda agricola Letrari, con i suoi 23 ettari, alleva Chardonnay e Pinot Nero per produrre bollicine Metodo Classico trentine. Per quanto riguarda i vini fermi l’azienda coltiva Chardonnay e Pinot Grigio, Marzemino, Teroldego, Cabernet Sauvignon e Cabernet Franc. Il Brut Riserva Trento DOC di Letrari è un millesimato ottenuto dall'unione di Chardonnay e Pinot Nero raccolti esclusivamente a mano, con permanenza sui lieviti di almeno 36 mesi per esaltarne la morbida eleganza. Il vino si presenta con un colore giallo dorato leggermente carico, brillante e vivace. Il profumo offre una gamma di fragranze che vanno dalla crosta di pane ai toni vanigliati, con ricordi di mela matura e nocciole. Il gusto è pieno e rotondo nella sua complessità, con note del frutto di pesca gialla matura ed un finale agrumato, la bollicina è fine e sensuale.
