TASTING NOTES

The Ronchedone in particular is a vino rosso veneto born from Marzemino and Sangiovese, plus a small balance of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines, fermented in stainless steel, age in barriques for 14 months. Another 10 will pass in glass before marketing. Ronchedone is a powerful, captivating wine. Concentrated blueberry and plum, cherry jam and balsamic and spicy puffs. Consistent and vibrant sip. Excellent in combination with red meat, but also a sauce made with love. Ca' dei Frati

Cantina Ca' dei Frati is one of the main wine landmarks in the Lake Garda area, an estate that has been producing excellent quality wines since 1939. It was born from the passion of the Dal Cero family, which was able to combine skill and love for the terroir. The Lugana area of Sirmione, where countless rows of vines belonging to Ca' dei Frati now thrive, was once known as the place of monks, as it belonged to the bishop's curia.
