The Rose of the Friars is a rosé wine Riviera del Garda Classico DOC, consisting of a blend of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera. The Garda area, famous for Lugana, is also suitable for the production of fine rose wines, savory and elegant. A rosé with a white soul, fresh and fun. The wine is processed in a very simple but careful, using only steel tanks trying to bring in the bottle a delicate wine with scents of currant and rose, light and tasty palate. A good sip to play on cold cuts, white meat or a caprese salad with ripe tomato and a sprinkling of oregano.
