Il termine “Recioto” deriva dal termine dialettale veronese «recia» cioè “orecchio” che indica le due ali del grappolo, ma più in generale, dei grappoli di contenuta grandezza adatti per l’appassimento. Il recioto è un tipico vino rosso veronese di grande struttura e buona alcolicità, con residui zuccherini tali da renderlo dolce o amabile. Recioto classico della Valpolicella DOCG le Ragose è un vino rosso che viene prodotto con uve Corvina in percentuale maggiore e poi con Rondinella e Corvinone. Si presenta con un colore rosso granato carico. Al naso fuoriesce con profumi intensi di frutta a bacca rossa e con un’ottima complessità. É un vino dall’eleganza calda e avvolgente, che al palato non stanca mai. Ideale per berlo in ottima compagnia nel pranzo della domenica, indicato come abbinamento a carni rosse, come la “Pastissada de Caval”, piatto tipico veronese. Read more Read less
