The history of the Chiaromonte winery is closely linked to that of Terre d'Acquaviva, upholding a never-ending passion for the land and the ancient art of wine-growing. The company's aim is to continue producing high quality Apulian wines based on commitment, study and innovation. A unique and harmonious fusion of tradition and modernity makes the Primitivo produced here a highlight in Italian wine production. The care and commitment put into the work result in a limited, almost exclusive production. There are various reasons for this: the most important, without doubt, is to always maintain high quality standards, to produce a skilfully crafted wine that guarantees an excellent taste. In recent years, the Primitivo has also been joined by the monovarietal vinification of another native grape variety of ancient origins, Fiano Minutolo.
