The Riesling that is grown here, which is usually harvested towards the end of August, or in any case at optimum ripeness, undergoes a soft pressing and ferments in stainless steel, followed by long contact on the lees before bottling. Light straw yellow in colour, with fruity hints of peach, white flowers and sweet, fresh spices, the finish is white pepper and elegant mineral notes. An intense freshness explodes on the palate, with a mineral structure and natural elegance. Wonderful served as an aperitif, but incredible when paired with seafood, fish dishes and shellfish.
