Cuvée Extra Brut 36 is a fresh and elegant Rosé Classic Method, made from Pinot Noir grapes and a small percentage of Meunier. The production process always requires the utmost respect for nature and a refinement of 36 months on indigenous yeasts, with disgorgement à la volée, without dosage, which preserves its integrity and purity. A sincere Classic Method, with a brilliant straw yellow color and a soft and persistent perlage. The scents that emanates recall mandroles, toasted hazelnuts and baking. Rosé 36 is a classic method to enjoy with an aperitif before meals, or in combination with a risotto with scampi cream. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 8/10 ºC.
