THE WINERYCesarini Sforza
Since the mid-seventies, when a small group of friends began the production of sparkling wine, the Cesarini Sforza winery represents one of the landmarks of the Classic Method from Trentino. In 1976 the first Cesarini Sforza sparkling wine was produced according to the Classic Method. In 1985 a bold Rosé Classic Method was produced from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the hills of the Cembra Valley and subsequently, thanks to the continuous wine and wine research, in 1986 the first Aquila Reale Reserve was created using only Chardonnay grapes grown above 500m. The vineyards are located in the most suitable areas of the appellation, from the elegant productions of the upper Valle di Cembra with the complex structure of the grapes of Meano and Cortesano, the balanced production of Sorni and the hills of Pressano with the characteristic vineyards located above the city of Trento and the hills of Besagno: land, altitudes (300-600 mt. s.l.m.) microclimates and different farming systems that allow you to achieve a unique style and great personality, expression of the quality of the brand. Name and address manufacturer/distributor: Cesarini Sforza Spumanti Spa, via Stella, 9a - 38123 Trento (TN).
