TASTING NOTES

Maia has its roots in the Garda DOC basin, characterised by a climate and terroir that is unique in the world. Since ancient times, the winegrowers of Garda have raised their vines on fertile soils which rest their roots on moraines and clays, giving the wines of this area structure and minerality. Prosecco Maia Brut Millesimato DOC was produced in a limited 'Love Edition' exclusively for Signorvino. The bottle features customised sleeves with designs inspired by the story of Romeo and Juliet. Brilliant straw yellow in colour, the nose is slightly aromatic, intense and elegant with floral and fruity notes of Reinette apple. Fresh, balanced and persistent with notes of white fruit, on the palate it has a fine and delicate perlage. Ideal as an aperitif and with light vegetable, fish and shellfish dishes.
