Podere Guardia Grande sorge in Sardegna: una giovane realtà vitivinicola con il desiderio di raccontare la storia e la tradizione che contraddistingue questo territorio. Nascimento è un Cannonau di Sardegna costituito da uve 100% Cannonau che vengono selezionate in vigneto, seguono fermentazione e affinamento in acciaio. Al calice si presenta di colore rosso rubino intenso, dal forte impatto olfattivo fruttato di more di rovo, mirtilli e ribes nero su un sottofondo floreale di rose, viole e bacche di ginepro. Al palato è caldo e avvolgente, ma con una buona freschezza a restituire equilibrio. Cannonau Nascimento è adatto in particolare con formaggi saporiti come il pecorino sardo stagionato, oppure con piatti a base di carne come il maialetto allo spiedo. The Podere Guardia Grande farm is located in the heart of Sardinia, in the hamlet of Guardia Grande in the municipality of Alghero. In this genuine place, where beauty is overwhelming and everyone is immersed in their own time, the young Podere Guardia Grande company was born, with the desire to give life to a new viticulture project. Three wines are expected: Vermentino, typical of Sardinia with a fresh and lively aroma, accompanied by Cannonau with a strong olfactory impact of blackberries and currants. The last product in the line is the 100% Cagnulari, with clear perceptions of cherries in spirit and spicy notes.
