TASTING NOTES

Bolgheri Rosso Il Seggio is made from Merlot 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Cabernet Franc 20%, Petit Verdot 10%. The Seggio is the largest waterway of the Municipality of Castagneto Carducci. This Bolgheri Rosso is produced with typical varieties of grapes, harvested and vinified with care to ensure thickness and concentration, but also a great freshness and drinkability. After destemming, soft crushing with partial breaking of the berries, this Bolgheri ages 15 months in barriques of 225 liters of French oak (30% new and 70% second pass).
