TASTING NOTES

This Bardolino Chiaretto is produced from Corvina and Rondinella grapes with the addition of Molinara. The harvest takes place two weeks in advance of that of the grapes destined for red wines, ensuring freshness and the right balance between acids and sugary part of the grapes used for this rosé wine Veneto. After a slight maceration in contact with the skins, the must is clarified and fermented before aging in steel. With an intense and brilliant pink color, this Bardolino Chiaretto reveals fruity notes of grapefruit and floral notes of rose, which are also clearly found in the mouthfeel. Perfect wine to drink every day or as an aperitif, recommended in combination with white meat or first vegetarian.
