TASTING NOTES

The Groppello di Cantrina is the most classic of the wines of the area, the DOC of reference is the Riviera del Garda Classico Groppello. The blend consists of 90% Groppello Gentile and 10% Groppello Mocasina. Cold maceration, fermentation and aging in steel wine jars. Ruby color and elegant, it is a wine that smells of cherry and raspberries that pleasantly return in the mouth during drinking. The mouthfeel is light, agile and savory. At the table it is a very versatile wine, it can accompany a good dish of cold cuts, pasta dishes with meat sauces and a soup of potatoes and provola.
