Cantrina è un’azienda vitivinicola che prende il nome dal piccolo borgo rurale dove nasce, nel comune di Bedizzole nel cuore della Valtènesi tra Brescia e il Lago di Garda. Fonte di otto ettari coltivati a vigneto, certificato biologico dal 2017, Cantrina vinifica sia le uve tipiche del territorio come il Groppello che varietà come il Pinot Nero secondo quello che chiamano un libero esercizio di stile, filosofia che si prefigge di interpretare il lavoro in maniera personale, senza dogmi o modelli di sorta. Il Groppello di Cantrina è il più classico dei vini della zona, la DOC di riferimento è la Riviera del Garda Classico Groppello. L’uvaggio è composto dal 90% di Groppello Gentile e dal 10% di Groppello Mocasina. Macerazione a freddo, fermentazione ed affinamento in vasi vinari d’acciaio. Color rubino ed elegante, è un vino che profuma di ciliegia e lamponi che tornano piacevolmente in bocca durante la bevuta. Il sorso è leggero, agile e sapido. A tavola è un vino molto versatile, potrà accompagnare un buon piatto di salumi, primi piatti ai sughi di carne e una minestra di patate e provola.
